A: After payment, you will receive an email with a download link. You can also access your files from your user dashboard under ‘My Products.’

A: Sometimes browser settings or firewalls block download links. Try a different browser or device. If it still doesn't work, contact us.

A: Digital downloads are available indefinitely unless otherwise specified. Be sure to save them to your device for long-term access.

A: Go to the ‘Mentorship’ section, choose your package, and follow the booking instructions. You will receive a calendar invite once confirmed.
Q: I missed my scheduled session. Can I reschedule?
A: We offer one courtesy reschedule if requested at least 24 hours in advance. Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable.
